The apartment is spacious, in good condition with a lot of storage space and a home office space which I use a lot. The kitchen works particularly well. The balcony is large (~25-30sqm at a guess) and I have filled it with plants which makes it a comfortable retreat on those nice days and evenings and, as it faces south east, it gets enough light to be great for plants and us but not too much to be too hot in the summer. It also catches the SE breeze which is great for natural cooling and to air the apartment. The apartment block, as a rule, is very quiet and has very nice owners and renters, a number of whom I have become friendly with so, that’s a bonus too. The new owners from a year ago have been excellent in adding new window treatments and some new electrical goods without question.
